LinkedInNot sure how to turn your vision into a detailed plan of action? We’re here to help. Our job is to bring your idea to life and make sure everything is clear from the get-go, so the production stays on track and hits the mark. To get started, we’ll need you to think about a few things. Here are the questions that’ll help us shape the campaign right from the start.
Whether you’re going for something simple like a product shot or something more cinematic, the clearer you are with your vision, the easier it’ll be for us to bring it to life. When sharing your ideas with us, it’s helpful to provide references and a list of likes and dislikes. This provides us with a direction. Don’t stress if your idea isn’t fully fleshed out yet — after all, this is a creative process. Just start with the basics, and we’ll take it from there.
Questions to ask yourself:
What’s the story I want to tell?
What overall look am I going for?
What do I like (and don’t like) in terms of style?
The more specific you are about the level of detail and style, the better we can plan and execute the project accurately.
Alright, so you have a vision. Now, what exactly do you need? Are you after a slick animation for an ad campaign or a set of detailed product shots? Which media do you have in mind for your campaign? Will it be a digital one or an OOH one? Knowing all this will show us what formats you need for the deliverables. If you want many in different formats (horizontal, vertical, square, you name it), just let us know upfront so we can work that into the project's scope.
Questions to ask yourself:
What are the key requirements for the deliverables?
What formats do I need?
Where will the project be displayed? Do I have any special technical requirements (e.g., high resolution) for the chosen media type?
If you’re not sure about formats or resolutions, no worries. Based on our expertise, we will help you figure out the exact specifications that you’ll need.
If you’ve got a specific date in mind, like a product launch or an event, that’s important to know early on. Tight deadlines can sometimes mean we need to pull more resources together or adjust our approach, so sharing that info right away helps us keep everything on track.
Questions to ask yourself:
When do I need this project to be done?
Is there a hard deadline (e.g., product launch)?
Are there any internal milestones to include in the schedule?
Be as open as possible about your time constraints. It helps us stay realistic and creative with what we can deliver within your timeframe.
This one’s very important. Having a general idea of what you’re willing to spend makes the whole process go smoother. If there’s a specific budget you need to stick to, we can help adjust things — whether that’s simplifying the approach, adjusting the timeline or using some pre-made assets to optimize costs.
Questions to ask yourself:
What’s my overall budget?
Are there any must-haves that I can’t compromise on?
Being upfront with your budget helps us figure out the best way to tailor your project to fit within it.
At the start of the project, we’ll invite you to a call to walk you through our process. We’ll explain our workflow, highlight the points of no return, and outline what you can expect during feedback sessions.
Questions to ask yourself:
Who are my stakeholders?
How much involvement do I want in the creative process?
Your input is essential to making sure we’re delivering exactly what you need. Let’s keep the communication flowing.
Things change; it happens. If you decide later that you want to change the direction of the project, it affects the scope. We’ll work smoothly to accommodate your needs, but keep in mind that unanticipated revisions will require extra time or resources.
Questions to ask yourself:
How many rounds of revisions do I expect?
Are there any specific areas where I anticipate changes?
Setting expectations upfront can help avoid any surprises when we’re deep into the project.
