[ Inside Ars Thanea ]
At Ars Thanea, we see recruitment as more than filling a role. It’s the beginning of a potential partnership and a chance for both sides to discover if we’re the right match creatively, professionally, and personally.
Since 2007, Ars Thanea has been a place where design and craft meets storytelling and technology. We work across industries and time zones, shaping ideas into experiences that leave an impact. But beyond the work itself, we care deeply about how we work: with honesty, clarity, and a shared commitment to growth.
That’s why your recruitment process is transparent, engaging, and grounded in our belief that feedback fuels progress.
If you’re thinking about joining us, here’s what to expect:
For us, your creative work always comes first. We start by exploring your portfolio, looking not just for skills, but for storytelling, curiosity, and unique ideas. If your work resonates, we’ll review your experience and reach out to learn more.
Your first conversation will be with our HR partner and one of our team leaders. We’re not into trick questions or formal interrogations. Instead, we treat this as an open dialogue. We want to hear about your journey, your passions, and how you like to work. Just as importantly, it’s your chance to ask us anything. And we mean it. Ask away; we know that you also want to see if it’s a match.
If there’s mutual interest, we’ll invite you to complete a creative task. It’s not a generic test — it’s usually based on archived, real-life briefs we’ve tackled as a team. You’ll be free to choose your own deadline, since we understand that you might have other commitments at the moment.
Once you submit your task, we’ll give you clear, constructive feedback. Whether you join us or not, we believe this stage should be a valuable learning experience, not just a hurdle.
Next, you’ll meet the team you could be working with. This is about chemistry as much as capability. We want you to feel the culture firsthand, see the personalities in the room, and imagine what day-to-day work might be like. Bring your questions — about projects, processes, or even our favorite lunch spots.

Finally, you’ll connect with your potential supervisor for a deeper conversation about the role, expectations, and how we’d work together. It’s a chance to ensure we’re aligned not only in skills but also in values and vision.
Throughout every step, we promise open communication, respectful interactions, and honest feedback. Even if we don’t end up working together right now, we hope the experience gives you valuable insights and helps you grow in your own journey.
Because at Ars Thanea, we believe great work comes from great people — and from building trust right from the start.
Thinking of applying? We’d love to hear your story.
